Responsibilities
Engineer and expand Files.com’s marketing websites (corporate, product, recruiting) in React, Next.js, and Prismic, deployed on Vercel
Implement high-converting landing pages and user flows that drive measurable lead generation and sales
Ensure every site is blazing fast, fully accessible, and search-optimized — tuning constantly against benchmarks
Translate pixel-perfect creative into production-ready code that performs as beautifully as it looks
Build and run A/B tests, analyze results, and use data to refine conversion and engagement
Develop reusable slices, libraries, and design systems for consistent branding and efficiency
Keep velocity high with clean patterns, clear docs, and repeatable workflows
Qualification
Required
Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, and modern deployment pipelines
Ability to build and maintain marketing websites in React, Next.js, and Prismic
Experience in optimizing funnels and implementing high-converting landing pages
Knowledge of performance and SEO best practices to ensure fast, accessible, and search-optimized sites
Ability to collaborate with designers to translate creative into production-ready code
Experience in building and running A/B tests and using data to refine conversion and engagement
Ability to develop reusable slices, libraries, and design systems for consistent branding and efficiency
Strong documentation and standardization skills to maintain high velocity with clean patterns and repeatable workflows
