Responsibilities
Experience Broad and Cross Functional Opportunities: Participants will experience exponential growth technically, analytically and professionally across multiple finance disciplines. This allows participants to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, build relationships across the broader finance team and allow them to add value throughout the organization
Exposure and Access to multiple aspects of the Business and Finance: Program participants are challenged by engaging with many different aspects of Finance within a manufacturing environment. This will enable a broad foundation that will benefit the team member’s development, creating a well-rounded finance professional
Develop and Build your skillset: Participants will receive on-going coaching to enhance analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skillsets. Throughout the program, participants receive mentorship to help them in their professional development and increase readiness for next position/advancement
Deliver Results in your role: Participants are expected to be driven, learn quickly and deliver results in each of their rotations
Have Fun: Participate in “Lunch & Learns”, build relationships with colleagues, and more
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; prior work experience not required, although roles are also open to individuals with work experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
