Responsibilities

Support the development of detailed work scopes and front-end bid documents for large-scale healthcare construction projects, ensuring clarity, constructability, and alignment with healthcare regulations and operational requirements
Assist with bid processes, including responding to bidder questions, participating in post-bid interviews, and identifying qualified trade partners with proven experience delivering complex healthcare scopes
Enforce corporate safety policies on healthcare jobsites, including pre-task safety planning, infection control (ICRA), and maintaining strict compliance with site-specific safety and regulatory standards
Organize and manage day-to-day on-site field operations, including supervision of field labor forces within active or occupied healthcare environments
Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractor work to minimize disruption to ongoing hospital operations, patients, staff, and adjacent clinical spaces
Assist the Project Manager with budget management and forecasting, including cost control, evaluation of change events, and monitoring time-and-materials work associated with healthcare construction
Develop and implement comprehensive site logistics plans for large healthcare campuses or occupied facilities to maximize productivity while minimizing impacts to building occupants and hospital operations

Required

10+ years of experience directly supervising complex construction projects, including multiple trade partners
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively with owners, healthcare stakeholders, architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to professionally manage conflicts in high-stakes, operationally sensitive healthcare environments
Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, performance standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety, with specific experience in healthcare compliance
Prior experience delivering large-scale healthcare construction projects is required

Preferred

Market experience may include higher education, aerospace, or sports facilities
