Responsibilities
Delivering superior service to our insurance agents by issuing and emailing policy documents, endorsements and cancellations in a timely fashion
Supporting the underwriting team by inputting information and documents into our management system
Binding renewal quotes and providing policy documents to our retail agents
Training opportunities and potential for growth into other levels within our company
Effectively convey and receive messages in person, by phone, email and social media
Social media/ marketing assistance alongside various support tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be able to multi-task and perform duties with a high attention to detail and deadlines
Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must work well in a team environment
Must be computer literate and have knowledge and experience with email and database systems
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
