Responsibilities

Operate and optimize VMware-based virtualized environments
Design and support enterprise storage platforms and replication strategies
Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution
Support infrastructure for AI and high-performance workloads
Troubleshoot complex performance, capacity, and resiliency issues
Partner with cross-functional teams on infrastructure modernization

Required

Extensive hands-on VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) experience
Strong background in enterprise storage architectures

Experience supporting critical systems in regulated environments
Strong troubleshooting and operational discipline
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid NYC environment

Preferred

Azure infrastructure experience
Exposure to AI or GPU-backed environments
Automation or scripting experience
Financial services background
