Responsibilities

Perform confidential and professional work related to Human Capital Analytics and HR Projects, including development, coordination, and implementation of current and future Human Resource data reports, dashboards, and data visualization systems and applications
Provide professional input into the creation, customer support, and updating of new Human Resource-related systems and applications

Qualification

Required

Two years of professional experience that demonstrates the following:
Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting data
Experience with business analytics tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis or related tools)
Experience with the Microsoft 365 application suite of products, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history checks

Experience with Human Resource functions such as HR data elements and data structures
