Responsibilities
Facilitating skills-based groups, as well as individual and family/parenting sessions
Participating in case discussions led by a senior psychologist providing supervision
Receiving individual supervision twice weekly
Gaining assessment experience through shadowing and participating in the administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing of assessments
Actively participating in case presentations, treatment planning, and case management
Qualification
Required
Training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and related conditions
Ability to work across different levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential support program
Facilitating skills-based groups, individual and family/parenting sessions
Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Tic Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and related conditions
Participation in didactic seminars, case discussions, individual supervision, shadowing, and review of video-recorded sessions
Intensive training during the first month of the training year, followed by monthly trainings
Active participation in case presentations, treatment planning, and case management
Individual supervision twice weekly
Assessment experience through shadowing and participation in the administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing of assessments
Preparation for independent practice of psychology
Encouragement to apply for licensure upon completion of the training program
