Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for distributed model training, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO workflows, and large-scale experiments
Develop data pipelines, dataset versioning systems, and experiment tracking tools to ensure reproducibility and traceability
Operate containerized training and inference environments, CI/CD pipelines for models, and automated evaluation workflows
Collaborate with LLM researchers, RL scientists, data engineers, and systems teams to support rapid experimentation and reliable model deployment

Required

Comfortable working across ML, infrastructure, data, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
