Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring team members on effective sales techniques
Ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the team to enhance productivity
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance
Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred
Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and inventory assessments
Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for managing reports and documentation
Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering motivation and accountability among team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in Home Improvement sales is preferred
