Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and adjust automated and PLC-controlled equipment during production
Perform minor PLC logic edits and parameter changes
Diagnose faults and restore equipment using HMI interfaces
Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting efforts
Assist with equipment startups, changeovers, and commissioning updates
Perform I/O checks, sensor verification, and minor wiring repairs
Support integration of sensors, drives, vision systems, and safety devices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime and scrap reduction
Communicate equipment status and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; technical certification preferred
2+ years supporting automated equipment in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of PLC/HMI systems (Allen-Bradley or similar)
Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic
Preferred

CMMS experience preferred
