Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in managing budgets effectively
Competency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
Strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills for strategic insights and problem-solving
Experience with Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
Proven leadership and ability to manage operational challenges effectively
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and community-driven business models is an advantage
