Lead cross-functional Retail Systems projects and coordinate with various teams

Analyze scalability, risks, and performance; recommend upgrades and vendors

Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors

Maintain project documentation and provide leadership with status reports

Support escalations and post-implementation reviews

Required

2–4 years of experience in IT related project leadership and project management

Associate degree or higher in IT or engineering related field

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage timelines and budgets

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and network diagramming tools (e.g., Visio)

Preferred

PMP or CAPM
