Urgent Crisis Center Program Manager
Child and Family Agency (CFA) is a non-profit organization devoted to helping children, adolescents, and families thrive across the state. They are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee their Urgent Crisis Center, providing immediate care to children and teens experiencing mental health crises and promoting a positive working culture among staff.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance and support to the staff responsible for urgent crisis services
Promote positive collaboration and a healthy working culture amongst a team of multidisciplinary staff
Oversee program operations, staff development and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Social Service or related field (MSW, MFT, MA in Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
Mental Health / Counseling Experience (clinical internship)
Must be a licensed mental health counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
