OPC modeling and simulation product engineer
Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software, and they are seeking a Product Engineer for the Calibre Resolution Enhancement Technology tools. The role involves developing accurate modeling solutions for patterning processes, providing technical support, and collaborating with software engineering and product marketing teams.

Responsibilities
Supporting OPC and Advanced RET deployment at leading-edge manufacturing facilities
Focusing primarily on the development of accurate modeling solutions for patterning processes and simulation improvements of those models
Providing in-depth technical support and training to our customers
Defining and characterizing new capabilities
Supporting research partnerships
Working closely with Product Marketing to communicate the value and benefits of new features and capabilities
Qualification
Required
MSEE/ MS or Ph.D. Physics, Physical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering required
Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and Linux OS
A good understanding of semiconductor processing and lithography, in particular, is highly desirable
The position requires well-developed written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience required
Preferred
Previous experience with TCL, Perl, Python scripting, or C programming, while not necessary, is desirable
A detailed understanding of photoresist chemistry is a plus
Any experience with OPC modeling, OPC set-up, lithographic processing, and OPC software development is a plus
