Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing strategies, to ensure thorough coverage

Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and verifying bug fixes

Ensuring that all software products meet established quality standards and adhere to best practices

Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Effectively communicating with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient workflow

Ensuring the availability and stability of test environments, including configuring necessary resources and data

Keeping abreast of the latest testing technologies, tools, and methodologies

Providing training and mentorship to team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge

Maintaining accurate records of testing activities, results, and progress, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
