Responsibilities
Lead electrical construction projects from kickoff through final closeout
Oversee schedules, budgets, labor, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation
Manage cost tracking, forecasting, earned value, change orders, billings, and progress reporting
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable codes (NEC/NFPA)
Coordinate with clients, engineers, field teams, and vendors
Provide leadership and direction for electricians and support staff
Maintain jobsite organization, procurement strategies, and project logs
Qualification
Required
6+ years managing electrical construction projects
Experience handling projects in the $10M–$20M range
Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and industrial electrical systems
Hands-on experience with scheduling, cost control, and financial project management
Ability to supervise electricians and coordinate subcontractor work
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work on-site daily in the Phoenix area
Preferred
Industrial, utility, plant, or water/wastewater experience is highly preferred
