Responsibilities
Leading and managing fiduciary litigation matters from strategy through resolution
Conducting depositions of fiduciaries, beneficiaries, advisors, and expert witnesses
Drafting motions, briefs, and discovery for complex trust & estate disputes
Preparing and arguing hearings in probate and superior courts; participating in mediations and arbitrations
Collaborating directly with partners on case strategy, client counseling, and trial preparation
Working in-office with a tight-knit litigation team that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and rapid decision-making
Qualification
Preferred
Litigation experience, preferably in trust & estates, probate, or fiduciary disputes
Comfort with courtroom proceedings, depositions, and hearings
Interest in a boutique-style practice with early case ownership and partner exposure
