They are seeking three full-time Health Services Information Technology Clinical Systems Analyst II positions to support Epic and other critical clinical applications, focusing on planning, implementing, and optimizing healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

System troubleshooting and resolution of issues escalated from the Help Desk
Systems analysis, workflow design and build
Coordinating and documenting systems, projects and/or processes including end user training

Qualification

Required

Possession of a Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited clinical specialty or allied health program
Three (3) years of full-time, or its equivalent, of system analysis experience in a health care information systems environment, working with end users to extract, document and optimize data flow, implement hospital systems, and support applications and databases
Two (2) years of full-time, or its equivalent, of professional experience, in a clinical specialty or allied health discipline in either a hospital, medical, dental, or behavioral health facility
A current Epic certification may be substituted for six (6) months of the required systems experience
Some positions may require the employee to receive and maintain certification by the vendor on the applications supported. This certification is required within six (6) months of notification from the supervisor

Experience with clinical workflows in a hospital setting
