Responsibilities

Interact with various technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
Work with many cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional infrastructure that powers Google’s global presence
Partner across a wide variety of functions at Google to drive change in a complex environment
Proactively identify problems and drive both tactical and strategic solutions, and increase the operational efficiency every year

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.)
Ability to lead teams of talented individuals with a track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge and amazing accomplishments
Excellent investigative, quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
