Responsibilities
Generate requisitions and manage purchase orders (POs) across all PharmSci business lines
Review requisitions and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Manage PO lifecycle activities including approvals, extensions, and closures
Maintain and attach required documentation (quotes, Statements of Work, approvals)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (PharmSci, Procurement, Finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth P2P processes
Assist with new vendor setup and maintenance in Ariba
Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
Monitor PO spend and proactively communicate under- or overspend risks to business owners
Support operational reporting by collecting and tracking monthly metrics (approved, spent, savings, discrepancies, contractor costs)
Qualification
Required
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines across global time zones
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and customer service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, reporting tools)
Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance, or a similar operational role
Preferred
Experience with Ariba Spend Management or similar procurement tools preferred
