Responsibilities

Own program scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple interdependent projects
Lead cross-functional Agile teams and manage release trains (SAFe preferred)
Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align strategy and execution
Drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues
Oversee financial planning, reporting, and program governance
Track progress through KPIs, metrics, and regular status reporting
Facilitate release planning, demos, and continuous improvement

Qualification

Agile release trainsStakeholder managementProgram managementMicrosoft OfficePMP certificationSAFe Agile certificationLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

5–7 years of project or program management experience
3+ years managing Agile release trains (SAFe experience preferred)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

PMP and/or SAFe Agile certifications
Experience in utilities, product engineering, or product design
