Hybrid Apparel is seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. This role involves supporting financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to financial planning and analysis while managing month-end and year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee invoicing and process collections for all accounts including Amazon, Kohls, Target, etc

Partner with Account team and Operations team to resolve questions related to order completion / invoicing eligibility

Partner with the IT/Development team to enhance and streamline the deposit process

Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely

Assist in internal and external audits

Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries where necessary, including supporting documentation

Manage daily cash flow and banking activities

Review and process ACH transfers and deposits
