Sr Specialist, Compliance Lead

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Supply Chain, Legal, Trade Compliance and GBS organizations to streamline and harmonize indirect procurement policies and procedures
Ensure all indirect procurement workflow/process changes remain policy-compliant
Monitor overall indirect purchase compliance, including
Work with category management for catalog supplier activity
Identify and provide training to non-compliant system users
Represent team for DCAA audits
Represent team for Internal audits
Perform ARIBA process walk-throughs
Support documentation and ARIBA data requests
Perform root cause analysis and create/own action completion
Prioritize system enhancements determined by risk level
Perform testing and lead cross-functional testing of system updates
Communicate/train business units on system updates/enhancements
Own executive approval nodes to prevent unnecessary escalations
Monitor users in each system role
Identify and create new approver nodes, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Audit Support, Policy Review, or Supplier Communications
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Supply Chain, Audit Support, Policy Review, or Supplier Communications
Preferred
Understanding of procurement compliance principles and internal controls
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Careful attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable and responsible handling of sensitive information
Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
