Lead Agiloft Implementer
Koho Consulting is a fast-growing implementation partner for a range of CLM tools, recently awarded The Agiloft Partner of The Year Award. They are seeking a Lead Implementor who will serve as the SME technical resource, leading the planning, design, implementation, and testing of complex projects for clients ranging from SMBs to Enterprise.

Responsibilities
Elicit requirements on multiple projects utilizing interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
Write up use cases and specifications and implement customized systems within the Agiloft framework
Carry out customer follow-up activities such as training, documentation, and customer support
Suggest improvements to customer business processes to make them more effective and easier to automate
Use judgment in analyzing the cost-benefits of various alternatives and selecting of best combinations
Accurately translate customer requirements to the system in a clear, concise manner
Create and update requirements, procedures, processes, and project deliverables
Adhere to standards defined by project management and effectively utilize methodology and tools
Participate in the development of solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating various precedents and data; develop alternative solutions while identifying risks and benefits
Present and explain software requirements to different groups of users including engineering teams and business stakeholders
You may also be asked to participate in activities such as providing customer support, managing, or working on internal projects as well as pre-sales activities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Agiloft implementation experience
Agiloft Certified Implementor certification
Experience leading meetings and presenting to executives
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with others
Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and have difficult conversations with external and internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems
Preferred
Experience integrating tools through Workato
Experience with Accelo, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
