Responsibilities
Convert business requirements into both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, encompassing wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows
Lead and conduct usability testing, present findings, and make informed, data-driven design decisions
Develop user personas and usage scenarios to guide and inform design choices
Define and meticulously document design components to facilitate efficient collaboration
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the designs align seamlessly with the project's overarching goals
Present design concepts and solutions to a diverse audience, ranging from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Design Management, Design Engineering or any related field of study
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained
5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating and maintaining Design Systems
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, along with the ability to create and update design components in design systems
Experience presenting design concepts to business stakeholders
