Entry-Level Media & Content Production Assistant
Swamp School is a company that has been providing professional environmental and technical training for over 20 years. They are seeking an entry-level Media & Content Production Assistant to help produce webinars, training videos, blogs, and educational content for professionals in the U.S.
EducationTraining
Responsibilities
Helping set up and support live webinars
Editing recorded webinars and training videos
Assisting with short-form and long-form educational video content
Helping with blog posts and other written training materials
Preparing presentations and training resources
Supporting general office and production tasks using standard office software
Following documented workflows to produce consistent, professional content
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using computers and common software tools
Interest in video, media, or digital content creation
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Able to work on-site, Monday–Friday
Preferred
Experience with Camtasia or other video editing software
Some college coursework
Experience with blogs, social media, or educational content
