Responsibilities
Analyze the client and investment management lifecycle, including client contracting and onboarding, portfolio management, trading, compliance, trade settlement, business operational workflows, and overall reporting platforms designing the best solutions
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application design, system development, testing, implementation, and production support
Create technical design documents to describe the planned solution and the upstream and downstream dependencies
Leverage and learn core technologies designed in-house to scale solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer or a related role
two (2) years of experience with Object-oriented programming in Java
two (2) years of experience with multithreading and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
two (2) years of experience with Databases such as MySQL, Oracle, JDBC, and Hibernate for data persistence
two (2) years of experience with UI technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular and React for developing user interfaces in web applications
two (2) years of experience with Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
two (2) years of experience with Writing SQL scripts for querying and data manipulation using tools including SQL Developer
two (2) years of experience with Unit testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito
two (2) years of experience with Working with UNIX/Linux environments
two (2) years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), with experience working in Agile teams and contributing to continuous delivery processes
