Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of primary and secondary surveillance radars (PSR, MSSR, CSR, NCSR) at multiple sites across the US

Assist and provide expert guidance to field deployment teams, supporting them in resolving technical challenges and ensuring best practices

Perform troubleshooting, and validation of radar systems to ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements

Coordinate and supervise parallel activities at different locations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards

Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and validation records

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases

Required

10+ years of experience in the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of primary and secondary surveillance radars (PSR, MSSR, CSR, NCSR)

Experience providing expert guidance to field deployment teams, supporting them in resolving technical challenges and ensuring best practices

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is required

Equivalent work experience in radar system deployment and maintenance may be considered in lieu of formal education

Preferred

A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FCC, FAA, or equivalent) will be considered a plus

Experience with air traffic management systems and civil aviation standards (FAA, ICAO)

Familiarity with safety and quality assurance processes in large-scale infrastructure projects

Spanish language skills will be valued
