Responsibilities

Take full ownership of corporate accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow management, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance

Lead revenue recognition and purchase price allocations for acquisitions, integrating new entities into financial systems and processes

Mentor and develop four regional controllers across multiple locations, fostering accountability and scalability without “jumping in” to perform their tasks

Optimize financial systems and processes, enhancing automation and AR collections to support rapid growth

Act as a visible financial leader, collaborating with operations and the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and data room

Implement and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness
