Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology

ARW Home is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Technology to enhance the performance and reliability of their marketing systems, particularly HubSpot. Responsibilities

Serve as the lead HubSpot administrator and senior technical escalation point within the Marketing Technology team
Own HubSpot configuration for lifecycle stages, scoring, segmentation, workflow design, routing, and field governance
Build scalable workflow systems for lifecycle, nurture, routing, and data hygiene
Improve HubSpot performance by identifying inefficiencies and reducing workflow failures
Oversee UTM/source data ingestion and property normalization
Partner with Paid Media, Lifecycle, Sales Ops, and RevOps to ensure HubSpot accurately supports business logic
Troubleshoot complex issues involving workflows, lifecycle transitions, data mismatches, and sync failures
Maintain HubSpot documentation including workflow maps, naming conventions, data dictionary, and routing logic
Provide elevated technical support across the MarTech ecosystem
Troubleshoot issues related to Ringba, LeadConduit, Five9, and other marketing-connected systems
Identify field mapping issues, sync failures, and routing inconsistencies
Ensure clean lead flow between Marketing → Call Center → Sales
Maintain documentation of integrations, data mappings, dependencies, and troubleshooting history
Partner with the CTO-side Data/Reporting Engineer for deeper engineering-related fixes
Support—but do not own—measurement and tracking infrastructure
Implement and QA GA4 events, conversions, and custom parameters
Maintain and troubleshoot GTM tags, triggers, variables, pixel behavior, and metadata
Support Paid Media teams in validating pixel placement and tracking logic
Ensure clean tracking signals flow into HubSpot for accurate routing and funnel reporting
Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to improve tracking consistency
Maintain HubSpot dashboards and support marketing KPI visibility
Monitor data quality across HubSpot and call center systems
Identify and resolve root causes of data inconsistencies
Provide marketing-side data requirements to Data Engineering for BI tools
Support funnel reporting used by Paid Media and Marketing leadership
Work directly with the VP of Marketing Technology on MarTech roadmap execution
Partner with Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Call Center teams
Collaborate with the CTO-side Data/Reporting Engineer to ensure clean downstream data
Translate business requirements into system logic and structured workflow design
Promote best practices across the marketing organization

Required

5–8 years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM Administration, or similar hands-on roles
Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, lifecycle, routing, scoring, data governance)
Strong ability to troubleshoot complex workflow logic and cross-system issues
Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM (tag configuration, event setup, debugging)
Highly analytical with strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred

Experience with Ringba, Five9, LeadConduit, or similar lead distribution systems
Understanding of CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS inputs, and lead generation funnels
