Responsibilities

Manage new client conversions with the company
Develop and maintain project schedules
Complete project documentation
Lead ongoing new client onboarding
Execute initial discovery calls with key decision-makers and functionaries
Ensure all conversion data and timelines are communicated and agreed upon
Facilitate employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data
Ensure imports are balanced and reconciled prior to the first live payroll
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure correct implementation of payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit reductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry, and HR functions
Make prompt and efficient adjustments as needed

Required

Experience working with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology
Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients
Can handle confidential information with discretion
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Can balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

A bachelor's degree
Experience with Excel, HCM, and SQL Server
