Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
Implement and manage VLANs, site-to-site VPNs, and end-to-end encryption solutions
Provide expert-level support for Cisco, Dell, and Palo Alto network devices
Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
Mentor and support junior network engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions
Bridge on-premise infrastructure with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ensure network security, performance, and reliability across all layers of the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Cisco, Dell Networking, and Palo Alto firewalls
Proven experience with VLAN configuration and management
Proven experience with site-to-site VPNs and encryption protocols
Proven experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
Proven experience with Layer 2/3 switching
Experience integrating on-premise networks with cloud infrastructure
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers
Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field
CCNA Certification
5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Preferred
Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
Familiarity with SD-WAN and Zero Trust architectures
Master's Degree
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Dell Networking, etc
Existing active TS with SCI eligibility
