This role involves providing guidance and mentoring to newer analysts while handling various responsibilities related to Tapestry claims, medical management, and eligibility.

Provide guidance and mentor newer FTE analysts as they develop into their roles
Tapestry Claims – Benefits, Contracts, Adjudication workflows
Tapestry Medical Management – UM (referrals), CM, Provider configuration
Tapestry Foundation – Eligibility and Enrollment, Premium Billing
Tapestry Link – External provider portal

Qualification

Epic Tapestry certificationEpicTapestry implementationCommunication

Required

Candidates must be certified within Epic Tapestry
Experience in one of the areas: Tapestry Claims, Tapestry Medical Management, Tapestry Foundation, or Tapestry Link
Ability to hit the ground running
Strong communication skills
Expert Level experience
