Responsibilities

Oversee assembly of large mechanical systems, working cross-functionally to align priorities

Serve as central coordination point for production, engineering, quality, logistics, and inventory

Identify operational gaps and implement practical, floor-level solutions (layout, flow, storage)

Support the build-out of tooling, assembly, vendor relationships, and internal processes

Drive ERP system implementation, and prepare for future automation and efficiency initiatives

Manage vendor relations to support automation and workflow systems

Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and ASME standards

Support leadership with capacity planning, vendor strategy, and operational decision-making
