Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement to define complex business problems and translate them into actionable data science solutions

Own end-to-end analytics projects, including discovery, model development, deployment, and adoption of insights

Design, implement, and evaluate advanced statistical models and machine learning solutions to address business challenges

Drive data visualization strategy and communicate insights effectively to executive audiences

Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, validation, documentation, and evaluation

Mentor and provide technical guidance to Data Scientists and Analysts, fostering team growth and capability

Partner with data engineering teams to design scalable analytics pipelines, data lakes, and infrastructure

Promote continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies

Manage analytics backlogs and delivery using Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps

Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and external data sources to enhance analytics capabilities

Influence data strategy to support long-term business goals and operational excellence
