They are seeking a Technical Engagement Lead to support and grow client-facing technical work, acting as a bridge between clients, technical delivery, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Represent Agentic Software in technical discussions with clients

Join and help lead client calls, discovery sessions, and follow-ups

Ask the right technical questions and help translate needs into clear next steps

Review technical documentation and system designs and speak to them at a practical level

Provide hands-on technical support when needed (light coding, testing, investigation)

Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to keep work moving

Identify opportunities to expand or grow existing and new engagements

Required

Hands-on experience with software development (any language)

Comfortable reading code and understanding how systems behave

General understanding of cloud environments (servers, services, deployments)

Familiarity with basic architecture concepts (servers, APIs, data flows, system boundaries)

Ability to review technical documentation and ask informed questions

Willingness to get into the weeds when needed, even if you're not building full systems end-to-end

Prior experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Program or Engagement Lead, Senior Engineer with strong client-facing experience

Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-directed and outcome-oriented

Comfortable with ambiguity and part-time, contract-based work

Interested in ownership and upside, not just billing hours
