Responsibilities
Express recombinant antibodies and antibody-derived formats using mammalian expression systems
Purify proteins using AKTA FPLC systems and standard chromatographic techniques (e.g., affinity, SEC)
Perform protein characterization assays to assess purity, integrity, and concentration
Prepare high-quality protein reagents for downstream in vitro and in vivo experiments
Maintain accurate experimental documentation and contribute to data analysis and reporting
Follow established SOPs and support lab organization, reagent preparation, and equipment maintenance
Qualification
Required
BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline
Minimum of 6 months of industry experience in a research or biotech/pharma setting
Experience using AKTA FPLC systems for protein purification
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture for protein expression
Familiarity with basic protein characterization techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
