Responsibilities
Lead the design, structuring, and launch of new investment products across residential real estate credit markets, ensuring alignment with investor objectives and regulatory requirements
Build and manage a product roadmap supporting institutional and retail strategies within ABS, RMBS, and CMBS markets
Own the strategy and implementation of risk management frameworks, portfolio analytics systems, and operational infrastructure
Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver scalable, automated tools that enhance modeling, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Develop compelling product materials, investment narratives, and market insights to support Distribution and investor engagement
Participate directly in investor meetings, diligence sessions, and fundraising conversations
Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Legal, and Distribution to ensure seamless product execution and ongoing oversight
Work closely with Mortgage Origination to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality deals aligned with product and portfolio goals
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and innovation
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of professional experience in financial services, with a strong background in structured credit, investment management, or fixed income markets
Hands-on experience as a Portfolio Manager, Trader, or Investment Product Lead with exposure to ABS, RMBS, or CMBS
Proven ability to design, structure, and launch institutional or retail investment products
Deep understanding of securitization mechanics, credit modeling, and asset-level analytics
Strong technical acumen with experience in risk systems, analytics platforms, or technology-enabled investment workflows
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex market concepts for internal and external audiences
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred
