Responsibilities

Clarify detailed scope of work with all key stakeholders

Design, costing, scheduling and production of proposals leading to winning new projects

Assist the Regions and Project Pursuit Team with pricing and delivery on engineered solutions

Work with the sales organization to develop a project specific value proposition to convince them that we have provided the best-in-class solution for the scope of the project

Prepare quotations and solutions bid proposals

Management and development of proposed standard processes, tooling and structures for enhancement of solutions proposals

Review and approve solution applications and 3rd party suppliers

Work with Project Managers, Sales Order Specialists, and customers to assure incoming orders are “clean” for SAP entry

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical field and at least 5 years of experience

Travel required: 20-30% (Occasional field visits with field sales personnel)

Customer service skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions of managers, reps, and customers

Preferred

Expertise in Endress+Hauser products and process automation, with experience in large project acquisition, delivery, and go-to-market strategies through representative partners

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including P&IDs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications

Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative

Collaborates effectively with others, sometimes across departments, to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer experience
