Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats
Ensure compliance for all sector enterprise and program assets
Track threat intelligence initiatives
Develop incident response capabilities
Design comprehensive cybersecurity strategies
Collaborate closely with the SAS Segment Cyber Senior Principal to advance sector-wide cyber initiatives
Engage with a team of cybersecurity professionals to identify the optimal mix of tools and techniques for creating scalable, secure, and effective cybersecurity solutions
Address requirements outlined in the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
Develop and review System Security Plans (SSPs), supporting documentation and artifacts (such as POA&Ms and NSPs), and local policies in accordance with JSIG, NISPOM, ICD, and DCSA DAAPM
Develop cybersecurity strategies and plans to protect Controlled Unclassified Information, cloud-based architectures, and the use of artificial intelligence software within our program network landscape

Required

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Active CISSP/ or CISM Certification or within the first 90 days of employment
Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI access

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in an IT or Cyber Intelligence-related field and 12 years of relevant experience managing and overseeing classified information systems operations and authorizations within IT and Security domains, or a graduate degree with 10 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 15 years of IT experience is required
3–4 years of experience managing SAP information systems
Active participation in national industrial security associations and working groups
3–5 years of experience implementing ICD and/or DCSA DAAPM requirements
Extensive knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
