Internal Sales Manager
Avantis Education is a fast-paced, award-winning educational technology company focused on transforming education through technology. They are seeking an Internal Sales Manager to lead their US Sales Team, driving growth and implementing a high-impact sales strategy in the US education market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for the US market
Lead, coach and inspire the US Sales Team to meet ambitious goals
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in marketing, product and growth strategies
Oversee the entire sales funnel, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting through CRM systems
Manage and optimize CRM performance, including dashboards, analytics and reporting tools, to support data-driven decision-making
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and reporting
Build lasting relationships with key education stakeholders, driving trust and long-term success
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading an internal or inside sales function in a fast-paced environment
Strong background in B2B sales, within the education (K-12) or EdTech sector
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and dashboard management, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking
Experience managing teams across different time zones
Experience in SaaS or technology-based learning solutions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Education, or a related field
A genuine passion for improving learning outcomes through digital innovation
