New Grad, Entry LevelLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a QA Shop Floor professional for their manufacturing site. This role provides daily Quality Assurance support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Attend required GMP training and maintain compliance with all applicable procedures
Adhere to cGMP, CFR, and company policies with the highest level of integrity
Identify, report, and support timely correction of deviations
Promote a “right-first-time” quality culture and employee involvement
Provide daily Shop Floor QA support to warehouse, bulk manufacturing, and packaging operations
Support and perform batch record review and raw material, bulk, and finished product release activities
Support deviation investigations , including conducting, writing, reviewing, and approving investigation documentation
Perform or support line audits, area audits, and cleaning verifications
Participate in the creation, revision, and approval of SOPs and quality processes
Support consumer complaint investigations , as applicable
Provide QA support to cross-functional project teams
Support site metrics, compliance improvement, and training initiatives
Assist in capturing and trending site quality metrics
Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance
Provide training and guidance to new or existing employees, as needed
Collaborate with department members to identify process improvements
Represent Quality Assurance professionally and positively across the site
Perform other related duties as required to support site Quality Assurance objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of cGMP and CFR regulations
Ability to perform batch record review and product release activities
Experience with deviation investigations and CAPA processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to promote a quality culture
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide training and guidance to employees
Experience in conducting audits and verifications
