Inside Sales Agent

Revel Property Group is a high-performing, growth-driven real estate team. The Inside Sales Agent plays a critical role in generating, qualifying, and setting high-quality appointments for agents, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted lead lists to identify motivated sellers
Execute cold calling, circle prospecting, and other outreach strategies
Maintain consistent daily call activity to drive pipeline growth
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, needs, and readiness to sell
Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
Manage structured follow-up plans to move leads through the sales pipeline
Set listing appointments and seller consultations for field agents
Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads with clear notes and expectations
Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments
Accurately log all lead activity, notes, and status updates in the CRM
Track daily and weekly performance metrics including calls, conversations, and appointments set
Provide reporting and performance insights to leadership
Use proven scripts and objection-handling techniques
Continuously refine messaging and follow-up strategies
Provide feedback to leadership to improve lead conversion and efficiency
Communicate closely with agents to prioritize leads and share appointment details
Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and team goals
Support overall business growth through proactive communication and execution

Required

High-volume calling ability and comfort spending multiple hours per day on the phone
Strong sales mindset with the ability to qualify leads and book appointments
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and lead management tools
Persistence, resilience, and strong objection-handling ability
Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred

Prior inside sales, telesales, or cold-calling experience preferred
Comfortable working toward performance metrics and sales goals
Real estate experience or license preferred but not required
