Responsibilities
Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish
Accurately collect and document client information using CRM and case management systems
Evaluate prospective clients’ needs and determine appropriate next steps
Schedule consultations and manage follow-up communications
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Must be located in Central or South America
Prior law firm experience is required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Lawmatics and Clio is a strong plus
Ideal candidate has a strong track record of converting paid consultations into clients
Prepared to disclose their historical conversion rate (percentage)
