Responsibilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, navigate tight spaces, respond quickly to hazards, and follow all safety protocols
Qualification
Required
4+ years of field experience with an associate's degree, or 7+ years in HVAC BAS
Solid understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and a desire to keep learning
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Experience troubleshooting low/medium voltage; control panel programming a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, navigate tight spaces, respond quickly to hazards, and follow all safety protocols
Preferred
Project management exposure is preferred
