Responsibilities

Assemble components and products following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Deburring and painting products
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently
Perform visual inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards
Modify Rittal products based on customer requirements
Package finished products for shipment or further processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 6-S and safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudeBlueprint readingHand tools proficiencyInspection tools familiarityAttention to detail

Required

Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in hand tools, measuring equipment, and inspection tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
Lift 25–50 lbs to waist level and up to 25 lbs above shoulder level
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing assignments
Safety-toed footwear
Safety glasses with side shields
Additional PPE as required

Preferred

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus
