Ability to obtain client contact metrics set by the company (No Cold Calling)
Strong telephone skills that will result in phenomenal appointment set rates
Salesforce “ninja” that can manage list views, future tasks, and concise notes
Superior follow up on all clients in the pipeline
Master knowledge of the funeral home and cemetery industry
Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Solid follow-up with lightning-fast response to client inquiries
Interpersonal skills that allow you to build enduring relationships with your clients
Coachable and able to put recommendations in use immediately
