Anterra Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Bristol Apartments. The role involves managing various aspects of the apartment community, including client interactions, lease renewals, and marketing efforts to enhance resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed

Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention

Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy

Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc

Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal

Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends

Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction

Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other assistant manager duties as well
