Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for our retail platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards
Apply your expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React to drive the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
Implement and maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose new ideas to enhance the user experience and improve development processes
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required
Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a UI engineering or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project execution
Proven experience working in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of retail-specific challenges and user expectations
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and frameworks
A strong and consistent job history demonstrating career growth and successful project management in UI engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
