This role is ideal for high-producing originators with strong investor and broker relationships who thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Originate RTL and DSCR loans for residential investment properties

RTL: fix-and-flip, bridge, value-add transactions

DSCR: long-term rental loans for SFR, 2–4 unit, and small multifamily

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners

Structure loan terms in alignment with product guidelines and borrower needs

Manage transactions from initial inquiry through closing

Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and closing teams to ensure timely execution

Maintain repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management
